b.      IV. 1. (Wording Changed) The visiting team will provide a timer and stopwatch for lane.

 

c.       V. 7. Awards for championship will remain the same. Ribbons to 16 places and medals to 3 places including relay events. Discussion was on heat ribbons given to all swimmers as well as 1st through 3rd place overall ribbons.

 

d.      V. 9. Championship Meet will be held on the third Saturday of July. Alternating between Sedalia and Centralia, until other pools qualify for proper length.

 

e.       VII. 6. (Wording Changed) Per person league assessment (established by rosters not championship meet roster) shall be determined … team member. Payment due by July 1st to be sent to current year Secretary/Treasurer of the league.

Theresa Hendrix called meeting to order. Fayette was the only team without representation.

 

Minutes from the fall meeting were accepted as presented in written form and approved.

 

Changes in the Conference:

ท         Discussion was held on deck cards, it was agreed to stick with the cards with host team doing the cards.

ท         Discussion was held on medals for top 3 and ribbons up to 16th place.

ท         Resolution was made to have all Championship Medals ordered every year from Maxwell’s. Amended to say conference medals without engraving. Amendment approved, resolution approved.

ท         Discussion to make sure constitution changes to be added:

o       I.8. – League Rotation

o       IV.1. – Wording Change

o       V.7. – Discussion

o       V.9. – Date Change

o       VII.6. – Wording Change

 

Discussion was held on the Stroke Judge Reimbursement – need to send copy of certification to the League Secretary/Treasurer. Discussion was held on stroke judge certification. Don set dates of May 14 – 9 – 12 or 1 – 4 p.m., May 21, June 4. All interested need to e-mail Don by April 30 of date preference. (He will determine date) at fuzz442@hotmail.com
